Tasks:
- Provision functioning of the change management system (planning, coordination, documentation, implementation, closure) within the framework of the trusted business domain
- Conducting high-quality interviews of business users, recording results to identify potential areas of functionality development
- Analysis of existing business processes of the company with the aim of determining requirements for information systems
- Documentation of business processes at all stages of the life cycle (identification and research, description, approval, creation of controls, introduction of changes, monitoring and optimization)
- Documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements for software functionality development
- Coordinating business requirements for functionality development with business process owners
- Managing the implementation of solutions, adjusting plans and prioritization of requirements
- Creation of own and analysis of existing BPMN schemes (BPMN 2.0 notation)
- Setting tasks for developers and monitoring the results of their development within the limits of their project solutions
- Development test cases, testing and preparation of results
- Creating user instructions and providing advice on working with system functionality
Requirements:
- Proficiency in key business analysis practices for requirements management. Planning and monitoring, discovery and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, requirements specification and modeling, risk and constraint assessment
- Proficiency methods of modeling business processes and information systems. Methods of modeling processes, objects, systems. Possession of special software tools for building models (BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, MS Visual Studio, WorkFlow Designer)< /li>
- Skills to detect deltas between standard functions of systems and business actions of users, and to bring user actions to a conditional standard
- Ability to find and offer workarounds to business users (a workaround), if the standard does not cover business needs , and there is no standard in the solution map yet
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and writing technical documentation.Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Critical Path Method. Requirements specifications BRS, FRS, PRS, SRS
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques of key users, organization and negotiation, protocol. The process of gathering requirements, types and levels of requirements (business requirements, usage scenarios, functional requirements), the basics of interviewing, the psychology of communication
- Mastering the basics of information technology. Basic concepts and principles of building Information systems and their architecture, basics of database management systems Access, MS SQL, MySQL, basics of protectionin data (authentication, authorization, encryption, licensing)
- Knowledge of information systems, terminology, business processes of the customer's subject area. Enterprise management information systems (ERP, CRM)
