Business analyst | intrabank accounting in CS

CS is a product and service IT company looking for a Business analyst to expand the capabilities of our intrabank accounting automation product line

The analyst acts as a link between the business (customer specialists responsible for accounting and reporting) and development groups in the translation of complex business requirements into business solutions. 

Subject area: accounting of banks' own fixed assets, banks' own TMC, personnel accounting in banks, accounting of salaries for bank employees themselves, accounting of non-financial receivables / payables in banks. 

Responsibilities: 

• Development of software requirements specification

• Working with stakeholders to identify, analyze, define, agreement and approval of requirements, management of requirements in the project

• Performing the role of "product owner" for some projects ("Product owner" decides what the project concept should be and is responsible for its development; is responsible for compiling and maintaining the backlog; collects and formulates user requirements, determining their priority)

• Skilled collaboration with development teams, implementation consultants and project managers 

• Advising company customers to ensure proper implementation of products

Skills and experience:

• Analytical skills. Ability to understand the task, formalize, analyze the requirements for the task, based on knowledge of the existing software, form the requirements for refinement; the ability to quickly study existing software, to understand the starting point of refinement.

• Readiness for business trips

Skills and experience that give an advantage when meeting the basic requirements:

• Experience in creating tetechnical tasks for the software

• Experience of working with a corporate DBMS (Oracle, or, for example, with MSSQL, DB2), mastery of SQL at a high level levels
