Business analyst (interbank operations) in CS

CS is a product and service IT company looking for a Business Analyst. 

This role is a liaison between the business and development teams, responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. The analyst will ensure the provision of software specifications and technical tasks for new product features, as well as accompany them at all stages of the software life cycle. 
The main area of work is foreign economic activity, payments in foreign currency (SWIFT) and currency exchange operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Creation of specifications and technical tasks

• Conducting analytics during project implementation

• Applying usability and design principles to improve end-user experience

• Collaboration with development teams, implementation consultants and project managers

Skills and experience:

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and creating technical tasks

• Experience in installing, configuring and supporting systems

• Practical experience in implementing software products

• Experience in the banking sector of Ukraine (direction of foreign exchange, foreign currency payments, SWIFT, currency exchange operations)

• Knowledge and experience of working with regulatory documents

• Professional economic education
