• Creation and moderation of the internal "AI Community" (AI Community) for sharing knowledge and innovations.;
• Development and conducting of workshops and training programs to improve AI skills teams.;
• Analysis of the company's business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization with the help of AI;
• Collection of business requirements for implementation projects of new AI tools;
• Maintenance of an up-to-date internal "AI Knowledge Base" (guidelines, best practices, corporate library prompts);
