Required skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Product Analyst in a development team.
- Understanding the full development life cycle Software (SDLC).
- Experience of working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban).
- Analysis and collection of requirements:
- Experience of collection, formalization and clarification of requirements from business / customer / internal stakeholders.
- Ability to ask the right questions, extract hidden needs, identify contradictions.
- Practical experience of working with:
- User stories, use cases;
- Business requirements (BRD);
- System / functional requirements (SRS).
- Documentation and modeling:
- Ability to write comprehensible, structured documents for the development team:
- description of business processes;
- functional/non-functional requirements;
- specifications of integrations/API;
- description of roles and access rights.
- Experience of process modeling in notations:
- BPMN / UML (activity diagrams, sequences, use-case diagrams).
- Skills make diagrams/diagrams (Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart or similar).
- Working with backlog and tasks:
- Experience of working in Jira / Azure DevOps / Trello / etc.:
- setting tasks for developers;
- detailing user stories;
- prescribing acceptance criteria;
- maintaining the backlog in an up-to-date state.
- Ability to prioritize tasks together with the Product Owner / business (MoSCoW, WSJF, etc. - at least understanding ideas).
- Validation and support of solutions:
- Participation in UAT / demonstrations: verification that the implemented functionality meets the requirements.
- Ability to describe test cases at the level of business scenarios (not necessarily as QA, but to set the framework).
- Maintaining documentation relevance after product changes.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with IT products, SaaS, ERP, CRM.
- Experience in building simple reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Understanding the technical part (will a plus): - Experience working simultaneously with several teams or products.
- Basic understanding:
- REST API, JSON, HTTP requests, Postman;
- Understanding the basics:
- authorization/authentication (roles, rights);
- logging, monitoring, what is a 4xx/5xx error from a business process perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis, formalization and clarification of requirements from business, customer and internal stakeholders.
- Description of business processes, preparation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Preparation of integration / API specifications, description of roles and access rights.
- Setting tasks for the development team, detailing user stories, prescribing acceptance criteria.
- Maintenance and updating project backlog, participation in task prioritization.
- Process modeling in BPMN / UML, preparation of understandable diagrams and diagrams for the team.
- Participation in UAT and demonstrations, verification of compliance of the implemented functionality with requirements.
- Maintaining the relevance of documentation after product changes.
