• experience of working with requirements within the framework of global project functionalities;
• experience of task decomposition;
• management of requirements in daily work;
• management of stakeholder expectations;
• management of the backlog of tasks when forming a development iteration
• understanding of the life cycle of cards (release, blocking, reissuing), card products, tariff plans, authorization and clearing procedures;
• understanding the basics of card processing, working with ISO 8583.
• experience in developing technical documentation (technical tasks, API specifications, requirements);
• knowledge of SQL for data analysis;
• experience with Postman or SoapUI for API testing;
• experience in identifying, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
• experience modeling business processes in BPMN, UML notations;
• experience working with card systems (eg SmartVista, Way4, Compass Plus, Tieto) or banking front-office systems;
• ability to work in Agile/Waterfall, interaction with development teams, QA and business customers.
