Currently, weare looking for a Business Analyst for the R&D Growth Team todevelop infrastructural enablers for the growth ofportfolio companies and tosupport projects dedicated tothe growth ofportfolio companies. R&D Growth Team— business unit focused onfinding new substantial growth levers for the projects within the Genesis ecosystem through rapid, data-informed experimentation. Together with C-level executives, weidentify new business opportunities and create MVPs totest our hypotheses, bringing together marketing, product, engineering, and analytical expertise. Welook for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise, but would also empower our growth team with their relentless drive toturn their own ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions. What you willdo: Identification and analysis ofbottlenecks inportfolio-wide processes; Supporting delivery ofad-hoc requests from projects; Supporting portfolio-wide knowledge sharing projects; Supporting growth projects for portfolio companies. Hard Skills: Ability todecompose, calculate and interpret key financial business metrics; Financial modelling skills; Basic understanding ofkey product metrics for mobile applications (both gaming and non-gaming); Confident application ofbasic statistical and probability theory concepts; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Advanced English. Soft Skills: Ownership— you don’t need approval tosolve abusiness problem, which you identified asaresult ofyour own initiative; Optimism— you can’t wait tosee the results of10-th hypothesis test after previous 9have failed; Communication— you don’t have aproblem with telling stories starting from the end; Hard-working— work should bedone; Commitment— extra-mile attitude. Would beaplus: Technical background, SQL/Python knowledge; Understanding ofopportunities and limitations that main mobile intelligence services have (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.); Experience with popular analytics tools used for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.); Good presentation and pitching skills.
