Business analyst in the BPM project in Center ECM

In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a business analyst to join the team to participate in projects in the field of business process management (BPM). Duties: - Analysis of clients' business processes and development of recommendations for their optimization; - Participation in implementation and support of business process management systems; - Interaction with the development team to implement changes in processes; - Formation of project documentation; - Conducting analytical meetings; - Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for clients. Requirements: - Experience in a similar position from 1 year; - Higher education in the field of IT, mathematics, economics; - Knowledge of business process management methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Visio); - High level of analytical and communication skills; - Experience in creating technical specifications, reviews, instructions - Ability to work in multitasking conditions - The ability to hold analytical meetings - Adaptability - Stress resistance - The ability to work in a team.
