Business Analyst ( hourly) in Scalors

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with our dynamic team on a healthcare project.Main Responsibilities:- Provide project support- Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams- Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes- Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)- Participate in Scrum activities.- Work closely with product owners and development teams to define, prioritise, and manage user stories in Agile environments.- Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, include Acceptance criteria and aligned with business objectives.Key Requirements:- IT industry experience: at least 3 years on projects for foreign clients.- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.- Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.- Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form.- Basic SQL and API knowledge.- High flexibility.- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Clear understanding of principles and specifics of SDLC.- Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 3-4 simultaneously)- Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
