Business analyst (Government & Public Sector) in EY (Ernst & Young)

Within Business Consulting | Government & Public Sector we support key transformations in public administration, social policy, health care, digitalization, transparency and efficiency of public organizations.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will play a key role in strategic projects for government structures, international donors and large public organizations.

Your main tasks:

• Lead the full cycle of business analysis within complex transformation projects
• Develop analytical models, recommendations and improvements for public of organizations
• Collect, process and interpret data from several sources (qualitative and quantitative)
• Structure the work of the analyst team, review analytical deliverables
• Interact with clients, conduct interviews, workshops, facilitation
• Work with international partners including EBRD, GIZ, UNDP, World Bank, etc.

Our expectations from you:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of business analyst / consultant in the field of public administration, analytics or related fields
• Experience of working on transformational or donor projects will be a significant advantage
• English language proficiency level - B2 and above: reading, presentation, analytical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL knowledge will be a plus
• Ability to lead a team/coordinate junior analysts
• Strategic thinking, analytical, structured
• Presentation skills to a wide audience will be an advantage
