We have an open position for a Business Analyst for our American customer (fintech platform). Project — SaaS to show the cash flow; to understand how the customer’s budget is spent (the costs of water, cookies, coffee for the office, etc.), optimize internal calculations, costs, and budgets; to forecast.

• English Upper-Intermediate and higher IS A MUST
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst.
• Work with stakeholders to define business needs and goals, as well as clarify requirements create User Stories, or Functional Specifications and define agreed Acceptance Criteria.
• Understand and have practical experience working in a software development framework, for Agile as well as understanding SDLC-appropriate terminology.
• Demonstrate good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, and be able to work collaboratively with clients and internal resources.
• Demonstrated ability to break down and analyze functional/non-functional problems, and some technical, with guidance from developers/project manager.
• Demonstrated ability to look at options for solutions and ideas that add value; using their initiative and assuming responsibility for own work.
• Good Knowledge of Bug trackers (JIRA/Confluence)
• Be flexible to change, and willing to adapt to client and team needs.
• Finance background.

Duties:

• extending/changing existing Business Requirements from the client, and ensuring that they are fully documented and that the Developers & Testers have a common understanding of what is needed.
• work with the client and UI/UX Designer to do Requirements Elicitation to understand the changes that the client needs.. so that they can modify the Requirements.
