The Eastern Europe Fund within the framework of the USAID / UK Dev project "Supporting the digital transformation of Ukraine" (hereinafter - DTA) together with the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine announces competition for the position of business analyst / business analyst for the project of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
Start date: July-August 2024 year.
Involvement period: until the end of 2024.
Work format: mixed (offline and online).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- analyze legislative and regulatory acts in order to collect requirements for the finalization of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction (hereinafter - EDESSB) and the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (hereinafter - the Diya portal);
- model the business processes that must be implemented in the EDESSB in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation;
- model business processes for the provision of construction services on the Diya portal (in particular, using the Diya mobile application);
- model mockups of interfaces and concepts of interactive forms of EDESSB;
- coordinate the documentation with the head of the E-construction direction of the DTA project, the holder and technical administrator of the System;
- Collect and document the requirements of system users, the holder and the technical administrator to EDESSB;
- prepare technical requirements for the modernization of EDESSB and services in the field of construction on the Diya portal for the introduction of new processes / services or improvement of existing functionality;
- prepare analytical reports, presentations;
- Collect and analyze statistical data.
Desired skills and work experience:
- work experience as a business analyst / business analyst (at least one year);
- availability of higher education;
- experience working with government systems would be an advantage;
- knowledge of BPMN and UML notations;
- knowledge of specialized software for modeling business processes (Camunda, Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar);
- understanding of SDLC, experience of interaction with IT product development team.
