Business analyst for the creation of the first phase of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction in Fond Shidna Evropa

Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search of a contractor to provide expert services of a business analyst / business analyst to create of the first phase of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction.

Term of the contract: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.

Service engagement: complete.

Format of cooperation: online.

Main tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:

• analysis of legislative and normative acts with the aim of collecting requirements for the creation of the first phase of the electronic system pricing in the field of construction;
• model business processes that should be implemented in the first line of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction to meet the requirements of current legislation;
• model mockups of interfaces and concepts of interactive forms of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction;
• coordinate documentation with the head of the department;
• collection and documentation of requirements for the first stage of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction from system users and other interested parties;< /li>
• prepare technical requirements for the modernization of the first stage of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction with the aim of improving the existing functionality;
• prepare analytical reports, presentations;
• collection and analysis of statistical data .

Requirements for contest participants:

• experience as a business analyst for at least one year, experience with government systems will be an advantage;
• knowledge of BPMN and UML notations;
• knowledge of specialized software for modeling business processes (Camunda, Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar);
• understanding of SDLC processes, experience of interaction with IT product development team.
