What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for the formalization and approval of requirements, for their decomposition for software developers
• Responsible for the completeness, consistency, unambiguousness and relevance of their documentation at each stage of the SDLC until the transfer of revisions to support and for its placement in the repository
• Create models of current and future business processes to analyze and identify opportunities for IT solution implementation
• Responsible for testing software provided by developers for compliance with agreed requirements
• Influence the timeliness of software products/improvements implementation
< li>Participate in architecture development within project boundaries and implementation of developed solutions (instructions, user training, etc.)
• Contribute to obtaining analytical data and information for further informed decision-making

• Successfully use your knowledge in practice, following the IIBA business analysis methodology (incl. the ability to identify requirements, analyze and interpret data into requirements, document them according to standards, manage requirements)
• Understand the needs and peculiarities of applying change management approaches
• Have high communication skills to communicate with different stakeholders, including technical and management personnel
• Know BP modeling tools (Diagrams.Net, MS Visio), you have the skills to model business processes for their analysis and optimization
• You have prototyping tools (Figma, other possible software) Knowledge of "1C", "IT-Enterprise" (you understand the peculiarities of building a database, know how to use LCD, build queries to DB), K2 (or with other BPM systems)
• You understand and are able to work with system tools: "BAS", "Azure DevOps", "Power BI"
• You understand the features of building queries SQL, you know how to build simple queries with a combination of different tables
• You have experience working with subcontractors (closing acts, reaching agreements, etc.)
