Requirements: Higher education (IT, technical/economic or finance); 3 years of IT business analyst experience; English language skills will be an advantage; Experience in managing the development and implementation of ERP and CRM in a cross-functional environment; Understanding of the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of Agile methodology; Knowledge of BPMN, IDEF0 notations; Knowledge of functional requirements description approaches; Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, as well as Jira, Google Docs; Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills; Ability to work effectively in tight deadlines both independently and in a team; High level of self-organization and time management; Leadership qualities, attention to detail, analytical skills; Responsibility for decisions and results. Responsibilities: Interaction with the ERP implementation team in terms of analyzing the current state of systems and business processes, identification of business requirements, their formalization and description; Preparation and approval of technical tasks in the context of ERP implementation; Management of development tasks throughout the life cycle, control and coordination of deadlines; Tracking of the scope of the project and management of requirements on the customer's side; Interaction with development teams in the process of planning sprints, evaluating the results obtained; Testing the developed software and preparing instructions for users; User support, conducting training, building a stable communication channel between the divisions of the TCHU and the software developer.
