Billing Development We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize payment processes for customers all over the world. Customer Care and Sales We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk. Marketing Department We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets. We are looking for a Business analyst in the Billing Regulations Team. Required skills: 1.5+ years in business/system analysis in IT projects; Mastery of software development methodologies; In-depth knowledge of JIRA & Confluence requirements management mechanisms; Ability to transform ideas and business requirements into technical tasks for the development team; Writing technical documentation using various modeling and visualization tools; Formation of requirements for the integration of third-party services and third-party systems; High awareness of web development standards and principles. It will be a plus: Understanding who/what is better in each case, Batman or Superman? Agile or Waterfall? Scrum or Kanban? Know many secrets in JIRA and Confluence, share them with the team; Distinguish between UML and BPMN; Be able to write JSON and know the difference between JSON and XML, REST and SOAP, GET and POST; Understand how an iFrame differs from a form; Broad understanding of the process of processing payments by payment services. Main tasks: Knowledge, understanding and orientation to all initiatives established by the development team; Collecting, analyzing and documenting the requirements and needs of interested parties, including at the cross-team level; Transformation of specification requirements and technical documentation; Analysis, creation, decomposition and validation of the tasks of fixed development teams; Backlog filling and maintenance; Clarifying business needs and timely making changes to tasks and informing developers about updates to requirements; Formation of hypotheses regarding product improvement.
