Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to take the lead in launching a new product within the cryptocurrency and stable coin domain. This project is in its Proof of Concept (PoC) phase, offering a unique opportunity for you to shape and influence the future of digital finance with your expertise.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Define and Communicate Product Vision and Roadmap:
  
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team;
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives;
  • Maintain the product roadmap, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and changes in market conditions.

• Be responsible for backlog Management:
  
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog;
  • Clearly define user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize based on business value and dependencies;
  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders
  
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback;
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and the Agile team;
  • Ensure that stakeholder needs are addressed and expectations are managed .

• Be responsible for Sprint Planning and Review:
  
  • Participate in sprint planning sessions to provide clarity and detail necessary for the team to understand the product backlog items;
  • Attend sprint reviews to gather feedback and ensure the product increment meets the acceptance criteria;
  • Adjust priorities based on feedback from sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Be responsible for Acceptance Testing and Validation:
  
  • Define and communicate acceptance criteria for each user story;
  • Participate in acceptance testing to ensure the product meets the defined criteria;
  • Validate the delivered functionality to ensure it aligns with business needs.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who has:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech sector;
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and related financial technologies;
• Proven ability to work on technical projects, with a solid grasp of API analysis and solution design;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems;
• Outstandingcommunication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment;
• Perform in-depth analysis of APIs, ensuring compatibility and functionality within the project scope.
