Business analyst (Fintech) in EasyPay

We are looking for an attentive, structured and proactive Business Analyst to help us develop and improve our fintech products. You will become a key link between business and development, provide clarity of requirements, team support and high-quality development of functionality.

What we expect:

• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years, preferably in the fintech sphere or with digital products.

• Understanding the principles of financial products and general principles of integration with third-party services (payment providers, verification services, data providers, internal and external APIs).

• Experience in collecting, formalizing and describing requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).

• Business process modeling skills (BPMN, UML).

• Ability to work with API documentation, technical team and understanding the basics of system interaction.

• Experience in working with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured.

What you will do:

• Collection and analysis of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

• Formation of technical documentation: specifications, diagrams, User Stories, etc.

• Description and optimization of product business processes.

• Interaction with several development teams and product managers, clarification of requirements and task support at all stages.

• Analysis of user behavior, search for product improvement points.

• Participation in planning releases and assessment of tasks together with the team.

• Verification of the correctness of requirements implementation (UAT).

• Control, support and improvement of already implemented projects and functionality.

Will be a plus: d work experience in fintech or e-commerce projects; in cross-functional teams or scaling products.
