Business analyst (financial module) in NIBULON, TOV SP

The NIBULON company is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which specializes in the cultivation and export of grain crops

In order to increase efficiency and innovation in the company, we are looking for a responsible and ambitious Business analystin the city of Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the needs and problems of customers who use the ERP system for financial, accounting and tax accounting
• Developing and documenting requirements for the functionality, interface of the ERP systems
• Cooperation with developers, testers, architects and other interested parties to ensure the quality and conformity of the ERP system to customer requirements
• Conducting acceptance testing
• Preparation and training of users on implemented processes
• Supporting users during the start of operation
  Knowledge of fundamental principles of financial and accounting, tax legislation, budgeting, planning and control

Requirements:

• High level of analytical thinking, logic, attention to details and criticality
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools, process modeling, project management and changes
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, present your ideas and convince the audience
• Knowledge of the main characteristics of ERP systems, modules, functionality
