Requirements: experience working in IT projects as a business or system analyst; knowledge of accounting and financial accounting; experience working as an analyst in the field of finance; understanding of ERP operations /CRM systems; experience of business process automation; experience of working with 1C (any configuration); knowledge of accounting and financial accounting; experience of writing technical tasks for the developer; experience of modeling business processes; experience of writing technical documentation; experience of working with Jira, Confluence; experience working with BP modeling tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.); communication skills, the ability to "actively listen", system thinking and the ability to work in a team.
