Responsibilities:
- close communication with representatives of the finance department and other stakeholders;
- audit of existing business processes of units;
- formalization and optimization of current business processes of divisions and development and implementation of new ones;
- analysis between team processes, identification of bottlenecks and implementation of relevant optimizations;
- forming and setting technical tasks for automation;
- formation of standards, instructions and requirements for description, execution control,
- periodicity of updating processes;
- monitoring of the performance of the company's work standards (question).
