Business analyst (Finance) in Ajax Systems

We are steadily increasing capacity and, accordingly, the team. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Finance).

Requirements:

• Confident knowledge and understanding of accounting standards (financial accounting, regulated accounting, IFRS);
• Experience in setting and supporting Tasks, developing business requirements and drafting technical tasks for automating business processes ;
• Experience of working as an analyst, consultant of accounting systems 1C or BAS or SAP or IT enterprise or others, from 2 years, preferably in implementation projects;
• Experience of an advanced user of one of the configurations of 1C / BAS / SAP / IT enterprise in the direction of financial accounting and production; 
• Higher education in one of the fields: IT, accounting, accounting and auditing, customs affairs, management; Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues; 
• Experience of clearly and technically competent setting of tasks for developers to expand the standard capabilities of the system; 
• Experience in writing test cases and testing extensions.

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of BPMN notation and the possibility of forming business process schemes; 
• Experience with Jira, Confluence; 
• High speed of assimilation of new information; 
• Logical/strategic thinking; 
• Communicability with the team inside and with stakeholders; 
• Proactivity and focus on results.

Responsibilities:

< li> Development of an accounting system of our own development (on the 1C platform); 
• Preparation of processes for the transition to a new ERP; 
• Working with Stakeholders and Product Owner to form requirements, search for optimal solutions; 
• Description of AS IS and TO BE processes; 
• Description of business requirements and development of technical tasks for development; 
• Preparation of proposals for optimization of business processes; 
• Communication with the development team, detailing requirements; 
• Support of tasks before release in release; 
• Preparation of test cases for functional testing, testing based on development results; 
• Transfer of works to customers; 
• Presentation of functionality; 
• Writing instructions; 
• Independently identify weak points in the system, propose solutions; 
• Support of the 2nd line of support in the direction - user consultation - request processing, help with system settings, skills in finding and establishing the causes of incorrect data, group processing of documents, fixing bugs; 
• Updatetion of existing instructions for users.
