Business analyst in ProKredit Bank / ProCredit Bank / ProCreditBank

JSC ProCredit Bank is a German bank with 100% foreign capital, which is part of the ProCredit Holding international group. We work to support the development and growth of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as private clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business analyst / analyst in the city of Kyiv.

Area of responsibility:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements for new or current of bank projects
• Preparation of BRD, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Modeling of business processes in BPMN 2.0, description of decision-making logic, roles, exceptions
• Analysis of existing systems and data flows, participation in the development of data mapping for integration projects
• Preparation of SQL queries for validations, analytics and checks data
• Close interaction with product owners to clarify requirements
• Testing and user support at UAT / release stages

What is important to us:

• From one year of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Ability to structure information and document requirements clearly and logically
• Practical experience with BPMN 2.0
• SQL knowledge at the level of analytical queries
• Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, structural approach
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
• Knowledge of the basics of banking products: loans, deposits, customer data, reporting will be an advantage
• Understanding data quality principles and processes change management will be an advantage
