Self-ERP is a Ukrainian brand specializing in implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for medium and large organizations, using all the capabilities and experience of the international Odoo platform. We develop solutions that strengthen our clients' positions on the market and contribute to development.

Now we are actively expanding our Odoo Enterprise ERP implementation team, working both with Ukrainian and foreign customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and specification of business requirements
• Decomposition of business requirements to the level non-functional and functional requirements with a sufficient level of detail
• Representing requirements using alternative methods such as diagrams, prototypes, business process
• Conducting requirements reviews to ensure that the final requirements are understood by all to team members
• Maintenance (addition / update / archiving) of the requirements database
• Analysis of business processes and identification of problems (including recommendations for the implementation of the solution)
• Definition of the project content and prioritization of requirements
• Presentation of the product, including internal and external user training
• Provision of IT consulting on further development of the product

Key requirements :

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, accounting
• Experience of working with communal enterprises, in the field of accounting/finance and corporate financial reporting no less 2 years
• Possession of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management
• Skills and practice of drafting documentation (requirements, specifications)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong time management skills
• Problem solving skills < /li>

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with utilities
  Knowledge of Odoo platform - technical structure (models, fields, access rights, domains). Standard Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, POS, Inventory, Production, etc.) and Odoo modules
• Experience in implementing CRM and ERP systems
• Experience in working with international financial reporting standards and formation of accounting methodology in the company
• Experience in presenting requirements using diagrams, prototypes, business processes (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of the budgeting process
• Experience in working with regulated registration
