Business Analyst (ERP Platform) in Software Development Hub

Company Description:
We are an innovative company developing an ERP platform for the US and Canadian markets. Our platform automates business processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with system integrations and a good understanding of how APIs work.
• Familiarity with various business analysis methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Understanding of the IT industry and software development.
• Experience with prototyping, creating, and managing project requirements (UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, User Stories).
• Understanding interaction between web product and mobile application
• English — Upper-Intermediate.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation.
• Identify and track changes to requirements, facilitating their prioritization.
• Manage requirements and issues to their resolution.
• Review functionality according to requirements.
• Create mock-ups/prototypes for features
• Ensure verbal and written communication with the customer.
