Business analyst (ERP) in Self-ERP

About the company

Self-ERP is a Ukrainian brand specializing in implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for medium and large organizations, using all the capabilities and experience of the international Odoo platform. We develop solutions that strengthen our customers' positions in the market and contribute to development.

We are currently actively expanding our Odoo Enterprise ERP implementation team, working as with Ukrainian and foreign customers.

Main duties:

• Collection, analysis and specification of business requirements
• Decomposition of business requirements to the level of non-functional and functional requirements with a sufficient level of detail
• Presentation requirements using alternative methods such as diagrams, prototypes, business process
• Conducting requirements review to ensure that the final requirements are understood by all team members
• Maintaining (additions / updates / archiving ) requirement bases
• Analysis of business processes and identification of problems (including recommendations for the implementation of the solution)
• Definition of project content and priorities of requirements
• Product presentation, including internal and external training of users
• Providing IT consulting on further development of the product

Main requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, accounting
• Work experience in the field of accounting/finance and corporate financial reporting for at least 2 years
• Own theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management
• Skills and practice of drawing up documentation (requirements, specifications)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Orientation to details, analytical and curiosity
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong time management skills
• Problem solving skills
• The level of English is not lower medium

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of the Odoo platform - technical structure (models, fields, access rights, domains). Standard Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, POS, Inventory, Production, etc.) and Odoo modules< /li>
• Experience of implementing CRM and ERP systems
• Experience of working with international standards of financial reporting and formation of accounting methodology in the company
• Experience of presenting requirements using diagrams, prototypes, business processes (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of the budgeting process
• Experience with regulated accounting
