We are currently looking for Business analyst

Who are we looking for?Business Analyst with experience as a Project Program Manager

Main features:

• Participation in projects and product development from the point of view of Business/system analysis
• Collection, identification and analysis of requirements
• Reengineering of business processes
• Regular communication with internal business stakeholders
• Communication with business analysts of each project of the D.OC program
• Identification of common requirements and formation of a common backlog for the Project Program

• Communication with the business architect regarding the implementation of requirements
• Participation in the development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc.)
• Creation of general application requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, Flowcharts, Business Processes, Data Flows, ERD
• Working closely with  Product Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, regarding the priorities of implementation of the requirements of the Program projects and their implementation
• Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc.)
• Development of general functionality project programs using Low Code features of Creatio FreedomUI, namely:
  · development of cards
  · development of sections
  · development of details
  · configuration of business rules
  · configuration of business processes
  br/>· working with packages 
  · setting access rights 
  · creating, installing applications 
  · working with system configuration
  · setting functional and   
    organizational roles 
  · configuration of integrations through web services
  · development of configuration of printed forms and
  e-mail messages

OUR Portrait:

• 3-5 years of experience as a business functional/systems analyst incompany, fintech company, bank or other. 
• Experience in high-level analysis of requirements for the development of new products
• Understanding of business and system analysis concepts, tools, models, methodologies
• Experience in requirements discovery, analysis, reengineering processes, documentation and support
• Ability to work on a project program
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience of working in a SCRUM team

• Understand the principles REST, SOAP works

• Be able to read and write API development requirements

• Be able to work with Postman web services debug testing tools , SoapUI and so on

• Be able to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge of FreedomUI)
