Business Analyst/Digital Manufacturing Consultant in Link Group

The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing advanced technologies such as Gen AI, factory simulation, IT-OT architecture and creating digital road maps.

Skills and attributes critical to success:

• Strong consulting skills: analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, logical structuring and storyboarding. Advanced knowledge of Excel/PowerBI and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working with on-site teams, clients and management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and effectiveness in executing high-impact initiatives.
• Effective communication skills and experience in working with clients.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Requirements:

• Higher education and relevant business or consulting experience.
• Strong track record in operational excellence, manufacturing systems and supply chain management.
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping, Manufacturing Capacity Audit and/or Operations Strategy.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, heavy industry or automotive industry as an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certificate as an additional advantage.
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of other European languages ​​(German/French) is an additional advantage.
• Readiness to travel.
