Our client is an international organization from the public sector. Due to the growing demands within the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of Business Analyst, who will support the development of the internal software for management.

• Salary: 120-150 PLN/h netto + VAT 
• Location: 100%  remote
• Language: communication in  English daily 

The offer

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in business analysis 
• Experience through the complete lifecycle of the software solution from at least 2 projects 
• Knowledge of how to develop a Business Architecture and its elements 
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and analysis 
• Knowledge of specifics and limitations of the following technologies 
• Proficiency in using system modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others 
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate from IIBA or equivalent, or OMG-Certified UML Professional certificate at advanced level or equivalent 
• Master's Degree 
• English B2 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Problem-solving skills and attitude
