We expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a Business Analyst from 3 years;
• Experience in drawing up Roadmaps, documentation, business requirements, TK;
• High level of analytical abilities and independence;
• Prototyping skills (business models, new types of MEV-y, etc.);
• Effective interaction with the team and stakeholders, the ability to clearly convey information and understand the needs of others;
• Attention and concentration when gathering requirements and creating documentation;
• Ability to objectively evaluate information, analyze data and make weighted decisions solutions;
• Effective planning and allocation of time to complete tasks within set deadlines (together with the project manager);
• Basic knowledge in the field of economics, management or IT;
• Responsible attitude to assigned tasks and attention to details;
• Analytical and problem-oriented skills.

Obov' ties:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of requirements for direct products, participation in the development of project documentation;
• Collection and analysis of data to identify needs, weak points and opportunities for improvement;
• Participation in testing new project elements within the framework of determining profitability;
• Developing requirements for the future product based on market/competitor data;
• Analysis business needs and requirements of the customer;
• Translation of requirements from the client to the team/project manager;
• Compilation of project documentation according to regulations;
• Research and documentation of business processes at the customer's enterprise;
• Modeling of the customer's business processes in the system and analysis of compliance of the system's functionality with the customer's business processes;
• Development of a plan for integrating new processes with existing business processes;
• Development of business requirements and participation in the process of development and implementation of new projects;
• Support in the development of new business strategies and improvement of existing processes;
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management;
• Analysis of competitors, formation of the "UTP" of the product;
• Effective interaction and communication with the IT team of specialists, the project manager and other team members.
