We are currently looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST with +1 year of experience with knowledge of relational databases and the SQL programming language (Oracle, MS). Control of implementation of revisions and projects. Development and updating of instructions for end users. Resolution of incidents, requests for IT services within the framework of agreed SLAs. Communication with users in the process of solving issues on their appeals. ❚YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE: Database design experience. Knowledge of the SQL programming language (Oracle, MS). Business process design experience. Algorithmic block diagram design skills. Developed analytical abilities. Ability to make creative decisions. Ability to communicate effectively.
