Business analyst (Customs accounting and integration) in Ajax Systems

Requirements:

• Sure knowledge and understanding of accounting standards (customs accounting, integration procedures between databases);
• Experience in setting and supporting Tasks, developing business requirements and drafting technical tasks for automation of business processes;
• Experience of working as an analyst, consultant of accounting systems 1C or BAS or SAP or IT enterprise or others, from 2 years, preferably in implementation projects;
• Experience of an advanced user of one from 1C / BAS / SAP / IT enterprise configurations in the direction of customs accounting or integration (data exchange) between different systems; 
• Higher education in one of the areas: IT, accounting and auditing, customs affairs, management;
• Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues;
• >Experience in setting clear and technically competent tasks for developers to expand standard system capabilities;
• Experience in writing test cases and testing extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Development of an accounting system of our own development (on the 1C platform);
• Preparation of processes for the transition to a new ERP;
• Working with Stakeholders and Product owners to form requirements, search for optimal solutions;
• Description of AS IS and TO BE processes;< /li>
• Description of business requirements and development of technical tasks for development;
• Preparation of proposals for optimization of business processes;
• Communication with the development team, detailing of requirements;

• Support of tasks before release;
• Preparation of test cases for functional testing, testing based on development results;
• Transfer of improvements to customers;
• Presentation of functionality;
• Writing instructions;
• Independently identify weak points in the system, propose solutions; 
• Support of the 2nd line of support in the direction - user consultation - request processing, help with system settings, skills in finding and determining the causes of incorrect data, group processing of documents, fixingiya Bugiv;
• Update of existing instructions for users.
