Business analyst (CRM Creatio implementation) in OSTCHEM

OSTCHEM is one of the world's largest producers and exporters of nitrogen fertilizers. Sustainable development, based on the care of the agrarian sector of the economy and meeting its needs for quality chemical products, is the essence of the effective work of the OSTCHEM group. In connection with the automation of the sales process in the company, we are looking for a team of business analysts (implementation of CRM Creatio). Requirements for a specialist: experience in working with CRM systems; understanding of the life cycle of software creation; a basic level of technology ownership (at a minimum, an understanding of which technologies are used for which tasks); collection and analysis of software requirements; experience in training system users; Advantage will be: experience in describing business processes in BPMN notation; knowledge of the Creatio platform; development experience accounting systems; understanding the structure of databases. Responsibilities: customizing the CRM system (creating objects, building processes); setting tasks for the developer and testing; communicating with the business customer, defining requirements and presenting the implemented functionality; creating instructions and other technical documentation; support system users.
