Business analyst (CRM Creatio) in CRM Genesis

We currently have an open position for a Business analyst who will help our customers achieve results - on time, with quality and with drive

What we entrust to you:

• analysis of the customer's business processes, identification of problem areas and the formation of recommendations for their optimization;
• research and management of data: understanding of flows between systems, assessment of integrity, completeness and logic of data;
• configuration of the system in accordance with the customer's requirements and sprint goals, participation in testing of new functionality;
• preparation of technical documentation, reports and proposals for improving processes, requirements or solutions;
• presentation of analysis results and proposed solutions to clients, participation in demo sessions;
• planning and assessment of own tasks, forecasting the scope of work and compliance with agreed deadlines.

Our expectations from you:

• you can analyze business processes, identify weak points and offer effective solutions;
• you understand the principles of data and flows between systems and can explain them simply and clearly;
• you are ready to take responsibility for settings systems, the quality of requirements and the final result;
• you can organize information in a structured way: requirements, specifications, technical tasks, reports;
• you can confidently present solutions to the client, argue your position and keep focus on business goals;
• you can evaluate your own tasks, plan time and bring the work to completion;
• ready to work in a team, interact with PM and developers, ask questions and suggest improvements;
• think systematically, notice details, and find logic even in complex or unclear processes

Basic skills are important to us (there is a test and we talk about cases at an interview):

• Description and analysis of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE, BPMN or other understandable notation, process logic, not "formal flowcharts")
• Understanding business logic of processes, not just requirements "from the customer's words": you can ask clarifying questions, see cause-and-effect relationships and offer solutions, not just recording wishes
• Understanding how different areas of business work
