Main duties:

• analysis and description of business requirements for software solutions within the existing information system, research of existing automation processes, assessment of system capabilities and relevance of business requirements;
• communication with business representatives regarding business process automation requirements, interviewing key users;
• development of functional requirements and needs for automation systems;
• li>modeling and description of business processes, implementation of their changes and optimization;
• direct personal participation in business automation projects;
• testing of improvements and writing instructions for users, launching into industrial operation.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• preferred experience with CRM Creatio;
• analytical thinking;
• attention to details;
• high communication skills;
• ability to argue and make decisions.
