About the company
We are a team that implements and develops CRM systems for businesses. We work with complex projects: building business processes, integrations, optimization and automation of department work.
Now we are looking for a business analyst who will become a key link between the client's business and the CRM development team.
This role will suit a specialist who does not just describe processes, but understands business logic and knows how to turn it into a working CRM system.
What will be required to do:
Analyze and describe the company's business processes (sales, marketing, operational processes)
Formalize CRM requirements and process modeling (BPMN)
Prepare technical tasks for the Creatio development team
Participate in the design CRM logic (roles, data structure, automation)
Test the implemented functionality and participate in the implementation of CRM solutions
Our expectations:
Experience with CRM systems,especially with Creatio
Understanding the principles of business process automation
Experience in process description (BPMN, UML or others notations)
Experience in writing technical documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, technical documentation)
Ability to work with the customer: conduct interviews, specify requirements, propose solutions
Structured thinking and a systematic approach
Will be an advantage:

Experience in CRM systems implementation
Understanding CRM systems
