Our team development is engaged in the digitization of the credit process for SME business, and we are currently looking for a Business analyst who can bring more systematicity to our team.

• Description and modeling of business processes, preparation of User Stories for the development team.
• Preparation and maintenance of current documentation (backlog, requirements, process diagrams).
• Cooperation with the product owner, developers, designers, testers.
• Participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, QBR.
• Validation and testing of implemented functions from the point of view of business requirements.
• Work with dashboards, analytics (analysis of load, service quality, communication channels).
• Search for opportunities to optimize processes and introduce innovations (in particular, AI assistant).

Requirements:

• 1 year of business analyst experience in IT or banking products
• Understanding the full cycle of digital product development (Discovery > Delivery > Support)
• Ability to gather, analyze and formalize requirements from stakeholders and product owners
• Experience describing business processes (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Skills in preparing and maintaining documentation (BRD, User Stories)
• Experience with integrations (API, CRM, chatbots)
• Understanding UX/UI fundamentals - to formulate requirements for interfaces
• Work experience with Jira / Confluence / Miro or similar tools
• Good communication: ability to explain technical things of business and business requirements to technical teams
