BUSINESS ANALYST / CONTROLLER (Finance and Accounting)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Controller or similar, with emphasis on Finance and Accounting
• University degree in economics, accounting, finance or related
• Good knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written
• Ability to analyze complex financial processes and requirements and transform them into clear and feasible ones specifications
• Current knowledge related to current accounting regulations and requirements in Poland
• Practical experience with ERP business systems
• Ability to use your knowledge, analytical skills and experience in working in agile environments with a focus on the end result, influencing customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is welcome
• High personal culture, ambition, strong analytical skills, communication skills, professionalism and independence in action, systematicity and commitment, problem-solving orientation
• Readiness for cyclical meetings at the company's headquarters in Poland and twice a year to the company's headquarters abroad (EU).
