Business analyst\Consultant 1C in GK Askaniya

The "Ascania" group of companies is a multi-disciplinary Ukrainian holding, which includes 13 companies in various fields of activity, invites to the team Business analyst\Consultant 1C.

Requirements:

• Experience in automation and understanding of the business processes of a commercial/industrial enterprise.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of business analysis and modeling of systems (knowledge of any model description standards will be a plus).
• Knowledge in the subject areas: logistics, sales, procurement;
• Practical skills of working with a typical BAS ERP configuration (1C UPP);
• Skills in localization and elimination of the causes of incorrect accounting data in the system.
• Practical skills of GAP analysis of requirements and their modeling in the system with writing technical specifications for finalizing the missing functionality. Further testing and delivery of work to business customers according to tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of business needs in the automation of business processes.
• Primary decomposition and classification requirements.
• Clarification and coordination of requirements for business tasks.
• Formalization of requirements and processes in accordance with the standards adopted by the company
• Modeling of requirements in the system and drawing up technical specifications for the development or refinement of functionality.
• Testing and handing over of the developed functionality according to previously formulated and agreed criteria
• Writing instructions for users, conducting trainings and presentations functionality for users.
• Advising users on typical solutions of the 1C 8 platform and BAS ERP
• Receiving and processing 1C user requests (UPP, BAS ERP, BAS BukhKORP), providing advice on the operation of 1C functional blocks;
• Participation in joint corporate projects.
• Participation in general meetings and joint decisions.
• Planning and accounting of working hours in the corporate task system.
• Adherence to deadlines and work plans.
