Requirements:

• experience of 2 years in a similar position
• experience development of processes in remote service channels, in particular in the mobile application
• understanding of the principles and rules of building processes for servicing clients of natural persons for payment accounts, payment cards, cash transactions
• knowledge of the market of payment services, including the market of remote banking services, best practices and experience
• knowledge of legislation in the field opening and maintaining accounts, including understanding the principles of financial monitoring
• understanding the rules for forming business requirements and technical tasks

Main tasks:

• management of tasks and support of processes as an Owner
• preparation, implementation and support of the development plan processes of maintenance of financial institutions in the company, evaluation of their efficiency and development of measures to achieve the set goals
• communication with teams of business analysis, development, marketing, customer experience at all stages of design, implementation and support of new processes or changes to them
• participation in the development and agreement of business requirements for service processes/software functionality
• assessment of the effectiveness of implemented projects and analysis of compliance of processes with client and company values
