Who we are looking for

Experienced business analyst to help us optimize business processes related to billing and customer service, and will ensure effective interaction between business users and the technical team.

Your tasks:

• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes
• Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements from key stakeholders
• Creation of functional and technical specifications
• Development of use cases and user stories
• Business process modeling (BPMN, UML, …)
• Preparation and updating of project documentation
• Interaction with the team of developers, testers and business users

• Participation in implementing changes and improving the system
• Conducting trainings and preparing educational materials for users

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects
• Experience with large-scale data processing systems
• Understanding the principles of billing systems
< li>Knowledge of business process and requirements analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience in creating technical documentation
• Business process modeling skills (BPMN, UML)

Technical skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Visio)
• Experience with project management tools
• Basic understanding of SQL and database structures
• Knowledge of programming basics (any language)

Would be an advantage:

• Familiarity with the Business Application Framework platform
• Experience of working in the energy sector
• Understanding the specifics of the work of utility companies
• Experience of ERP implementation or support -systems
