Main tasks:

• Analysis and description of business processes in the field of procurement.

• Identification of business needs and transforming them into requirements for the ERP system.

• Development, documentation and coordination of technical and functional requirements.

• Participation in testing, configuration and implementation of the ERP solution.

• Collaboration with the IT team, consultants and business representatives.

• User training and support during and after launch systems.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in IT (computer science, software engineering, information systems).

• Experience as a business analyst, ERP analyst or consultant from 3 years.

• Practical experience in procurement / supply / logistics in public or corporate companies.

• Participation in the implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS or others).

• Knowledge of legal requirements for public procurement.

• Experiencei model business processes (BPMN/UML, Visio, ARIS or similar tools).

• Knowledge of methodologies for gathering and documenting requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories, FDD).

• Understanding the principles of ERP systems and integrations with related modules (finance, warehouse, accounting).

• Experience in writing test scenarios, participation in functional and integration testing, UAT.

• English language - from level B1.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS D365 programs.

• BABOK, CBAP, PMI-PBA certifications will be an advantage.
