Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy of "Business Analyst"

Requirements:

• Work experience from 1st year in divisions:

1. technologies and business analysis of payment mobile applications, web-platforms;
2. business analysis of transactional/card/electronic business;
3. product development (related to the implementation of mobile applications, payment technologies, products for individual entrepreneurs, legal entities);
4. other units involved in the development, implementation, support of mobile applications and payment technologies.

• Participation in projects related to the development of mobile applications in the role of a project manager or business analyst, which were successfully implemented in practice;
• Knowledge of the stages of the software development life cycle;
• Knowledge of key tasks and techniques business analysis;
• Understanding the principles of protocol data exchange between information systems;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of mobile applications and products;
• electronic commerce (cards, acquiring, payment systems, etc.);
• Ability to analyze, model and describe businesses;
• Ability to identify and document business requirements for new products/processes;
• Design skills user-story, use cases;
• Skills of conducting acceptance testing of the implemented functionality;
• Skills of communicating on the project with project team members and partners at a high level.

Main tasks:

• Analysis, modeling and description of business processes related to the implementation of financial products in the mobile application and other online channels;
• Identification and capture of business requirements for mobile application products/processes;
• Interaction with UX\UI specialists, project managers, system analysts for product scoping, planning, development and support;
• Testing of the implemented tasks, maintaining and monitoring the backlog of tasks related to the implementation and implementation of products/processes in the mobile application;
• Documentation of the implemented functionality.
