- Excellent skills in collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements;
- Ability to model business processes and develop specifications (BPMN, UML or other methods);
- Understanding the architecture of information systems and the basics of software development;
- Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Confluence;
- Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, including Excel and BI systems (for example, Power BI, Looker Studio);
- Knowledge of the principles of system integration and working with API;
- Intermediate level of English.
