We support and help each other, because OKKO is a large and friendly team; What should be done? conduct interviews with stakeholders together with the contractor's team; analyze business organization processes with the contractor's team; BP mapping with BAS ERP 2.5 to cover business goals with the contractor's team; conduct demonstrations of BP modeling results in BAS ERP 2.5; describe the settings of the BAS ERP 2.5 system; describe TK for developers in BAS ERP 2.5; describe TK for integration with other systems; prepare test case; develop documentation and training materials describing the developed system and its processes. What do we expect? the ability to conduct interviews, determine priorities among received requirements; the ability to impose requirements on standard functionality; experience in setting up a full cycle of development (from TOR to commissioning of the project); experience in drafting technical and methodical documentation; experience in implementing and supporting systems for automating business processes; skills in organizing working hours and focusing on results; business communication skills.
