BAS ERP business analyst in Suzir'ya, GK

Your main responsibility will be to ensure effective functioning of the BAS ERP enterprise management system.

Main duties:

• Business analysis -customer needs;
• Compilation of requirements for the future product (communication with interested parties - developers, customers, end users );
• Analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation , competitors);
• Analysis of problem areas and proposals for improvement;
< li>Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing);
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> Writing technical specifications and agreeing technical specifications with the customer;
• Requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements);
• Broadcasting requirements between developers and the client;
• Maintaining the list of uncompleted tasks (BackLog): prioritization, assessment, updating;
• Conducting demonstrations, presentations of new functionality;
• User training;
• Implementation of new functionality in information systems within the set terms;
• Department SLA compliance and KPI implementation.

• Ability to analyze, identify and solve problems related to the BAS ERP system;
