Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management for the implementation/transition to BAS ERP (Retail Sales)
• Coordination of all project participants, including external and internal programmers/consultants
• Collection of requirements from project stakeholders, coordination of requirements with all interested parties
• Writing technical terms of reference (TOR) and testing/accepting work from programmers
• Development of regulations and work instructions for users
• User training

Professional requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing ERP over the past 5 years
• Confident mastery of BAS ERP, 1C UPP, 1C UTP
• Experience in building and automating business processes, project management
• Knowledge of management and accounting
• Experience in writing technical specifications for developers
• Experience in writing regulations for new business processes and their presentation to users

• Communication and the ability to negotiate with team members

Education

• Higher education in the field of finance and/or information technology
• Relevant certification courses are a strong advantage
