We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of BusinessAnalyst. It is important to be territorially located in the city of Kyiv. and carry out requirements analysis Compile technical tasks and description of processes, analyze possible scenarios for their implementation Carry out analysis of existing business processes and optimize them Coordinate business processes, technical tasks with the head of the department Writing instructions and regulations on processes: drafting documentation on new work algorithms for employees of gastro markets Conducting audits, visits to gastro markets for directly studying the work of business processes and receiving feedback from managers Development of technical tasks and proposals for improving and optimizing processes Requirements for the candidate: experience of working in a similar position from the 1st year Possession of: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva Knowledge of retail business processes Higher education (information systems , economics) Experience in analyzing processes and business requirements Necessary soft skills: Strong independent decision-making and prioritization skills, critical thinking, the ability to clearly and clearly express one's opinion, systematicity, stress resistance, responsibility Analytical mindset Working conditions: Official employment and compliance with all social guarantees Schedule work: office/hybrid/remote System of discounts in the WINETIME network Transparent conditions of cooperation and a team atmosphere Opportunities for career and professional growth
