Business Analyst in SAGAX LLC

Sagax is a Ukrainian product IT company engaged in the development and improvement of modern IT solutions for the insurance sector, in particular these products: • Sagacity Digital Platform — a platform for automating the business processes of insurance companies. • Insurance Web Store — a solution for selling insurance contracts online on the website company. Our team is expanding, so we are currently looking for a Business Analyst. Our ideal candidate: - 2 years of experience as a business or system analyst - Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Notion - Experience working with notations for describing business processes ( priority - BPMN 2.0) - Understanding of REST/SOAP principles - Experience of manual testing - Experience of developing prototypes, mockups (Miro, Figma, Axure or similar) - Understanding and experience with SQL (preferred) - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find common ground language with technical specialists Will be a plus:- Experience in the field of insurance or financial field- Experience in system configuration Main duties:- Identification and analysis of the customer's business needs- Forming technical requirements, writing specifications and technical tasks/User Stories, prioritizing tasks in cooperation with the customer. - Setting tasks for the development team - Development support (interaction with designers, developers, testers) - Participation in the testing of improvements and presentation of the finished result to the customer - Preparation of instructions and training of users What to expect from us? - Remote work format - Office in the center (5 min from st.m.
