Requirements:2+ years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst, Systems Analyst;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills tounderstand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;Excellent written and verbal communication skills tointeract with stakeholders and totransfer received information tothe developer team;Ability toelicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;Possession ofastructured, process and result-oriented approach, apractical way tosolve problems;Good understanding ofthe Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);The flexibility toadapt tochanging business environments and priorities, aswell astolearn new tools and technologies;Languages: Ukrainian (C2), English (B1);Location: Kyiv.Responsibilities:Interaction with key stakeholders togather and analyze business requirements, consulting them onopportunities and risks, describe use cases;Analysis ofthe elicited requirements and expectations and creation ofrequirements specifications (inthe form ofauser story, use cases);Creation and maintenance ofdocumentation inareas ofresponsibility (requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);Review and approve the user stories incollaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;Presentation ofthe user stories tothe team, their clarification ofincomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change asaresult ofdiscussion with the team;Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;Ownership and detailed understanding ofthe features and functions ofproducts and applications from the area of responsibility.
